At Beorna, we value your trust and strive to make every part of your experience smooth—including cancellations, refunds, and exchanges. Please read the details carefully.

1. Order cancellation
• Free cancellation within 24 hours of order (if not dispatched).
• After 24 hours but before dispatch: 10% cancellation fee.
• After dispatch: not cancellable.
• Non-cancellable items: custom jewellery, gift cards, coins/bars.

2. Returns and Refund
• Return within 2 days of delivery in unused condition.
• Full refund for manufacturing defects.
• 10% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns.
• Refund processed in 7–10 business days post quality check.

3.Exchanges
• Lifetime exchange available.
• Value calculated based on current metal rate and the invoice.
• Making charges are non-refundable unless defective.

4. Buy-Back Policy
• Lifetime buy-back at 80% of gold + certified stone value (invoice based).
• Making charges not refunded.

5. How to Initiate
1.Contact Beorna Support via email or WhatsApp.

2. Include order details and reason for cancellation/return.

3.Ship product with original invoice, certificates & packaging.

4. QC approval followed by refund or exchange instructions.
