2. How to Track Your Shipment

Once your order is dispatched, we send a unique Air Waybill (AWB) number to your registered email and WhatsApp.

Simple Steps to Track:

Step 1: Copy the AWB number from your confirmation message.
Step 2: Paste it into the box above.
Step 3: View the real-time location and estimated delivery date.

3. What the Statuses Mean

Status Descriptions:

In-Transit: Your package is moving between hubs toward your city.
Out for Delivery: The courier will attempt delivery today.
Pending Verification: Courier may need address details or a contact number.
